Worship

Morning prayer and Bible reading have always been a struggle for me. When I wake up, I can barely remember what day it is, much less focus on anything of eternal importance. It's as if there are walls around my heart which make it impossible to comprehend the awesome priviledge of coming face-to-face with the Creator of the universe. Thankfully, He revealed to this "sleep-head" that if I spend time in worship, praising Him for Who is and how He works, He enlarges my heart with His love and presence.

Worship allows prayer to accomplish its most divine purpose--leading us into ever deepening intimacy with our Lord and Savior.
